What deliciousness did everyone make for yesterdays Solstice celebrations? I made a foccacia bread which I served with a charcuterie board of thinly sliced meats, fig jam and goats cheese. I also made honey cakes with honeyed goats cheese and honey orange balsalmic glazed berries topped with fresh basil. My husband is very much a buffalo wings and pizza type of guy so he was a little weirded out when I brought the food, but I won him over with my orange sun tea with honey.
I went through a lot of honey yesterday, oops.
