What started out as a journaling session/letter to Hecate, turned into automatic writing linked directly to Hecate. I can’t help but second guess everything that just happened, but I wasn’t even thinking when the responses came, my hand just …..moved… this is a first for me.

Hecate helped me heal in a way I never thought would be possible, I truly hope she brings the same to you. She is not a Goddess I work with much now, for me she felt like she was there for when I needed her, and understood that it would only be temperary. That was 4 years ago, she helped me to completely heal from PTSD, caused by an abusive relationship I had been in for 16 years. There are no more triggers, there is no more fear, I have been able to truly allow love in and be completely vulnerable, I'm able to trust, and that was one thing I never thought would be possible. May your shawdow work lead your to beautiful things.

automatic writing is amazing when it happens! I usually see a form of it when I am doing a reading for someone. My higher self just knows what needs to be said. But when the personality of a deity comes out of it... That is when it is truly amazeballs! lol
