I thought I’d share my beautiful wheel of the year. When I first hung it last month my husband noticed it right away and commented on how much he loved it. I know he doesn’t get the full meaning of it, but that’s okay, he’s excepting of my path as I am excepting of his. For him he reads a lot of books more closely following new age, course of miracles, Abraham and Seth. His way of connecting to the Divine is through deep thought mine is by doing, I need ritual, I need to research, I need daily prayers and meditation and I need the Goddess. If I invited him to do a ritual with me he would definitely do so but at this time my spirituality is deeply personal and I don’t want to share it but he shares a lot of what he reads with me and then we discuss how we both feel about it. It’s amazing to have a partner that truly gets you, even if our paths are slightly different.
