I would love to know if anyone has a Patron Goddess/God and if so what brought you to this devotion. I have a few Goddesses that are very special to me and one in particular that I thin maybe the perfect Patron Goddess for me. Would love to hear your stories behind your choices.

Hi there. I have two patron Goddesses. Kali and Gaia. Gaia is easy to explain as I have great love and respect for our Mother Earth. Kali is interesting and She actually found me. As much as She can seem horrific as a brutal deity, She is also a protective goddess and offers help in destroying your own inner 'demons'. Worth the research on either.

Hello again. From what I have read and understand, it is fine to change your patron deities as your life and environmental influences also change. As mentioned in my previous message, I think it is most important to be attuned to our own selves and what we are feeling or needing in our lives and sometimes the deities will actually find you. It's never a betrayal to any one deity if you change your patrons. They are a part of us and we serve them as they also serve us. And once you have made a personal connection with a deity I think they will always be a part of you. Interested in your thoughts about my thoughts!

Aphrodite has been my Patron since I was in High School learning about the Greek Pantheon. Born of the Sea, Goddess of Love, Aphrodite (Venus) represents what is most important to me. That being said, I often call on different Gods/Goddesses depending on what I am working on or what time of year it may be. Hestia is a common companion when I am spelling something for my home. Hecate is close during the Samhain Season for the Ancestors. Spread Love and Blessed Be!
