It has been awhile since I turned in a Deity Focus and I need to add to it. Do I just reply to the email that the grader sent or do I send a new email with the updated answer to the homework email?

If your instructor reqested additional information for it then yes you will reply directly to the instructor's email with the information they were looking for.
