Happy new year, everyone! when I woke up this morning, I had this song repeating in my head over and over again. This happened on the first day of 2020 as well. Last year, it was Three Days Grace; I Hate Everything About You. Not a good sign.

But this year, it was Dokken; Dreams Warriors. The main lyrics kept repeating itself. "We're the Dream Warriors! Maybe tonight you'll be gone! Forever!" I'm taking this as a sign that I have the strength to fight off my inner demons, which have been consuming me all of 2020 with dark thoughts and beliefs. I'm a dream warrior, and I will conquer!

Dream Warriors was the 3rd nightmare on elm st. I don't normally watch these, but that was one I did. I like the way you have interpreted this to be you fighting your inner demons... sounds like a good plan.
