Thank you for sharing! I find the idea of creating a "new me" in a new year, exhausting. I also find it interesting that humans seek to create a new person of themselves every year when most of them don't even know the current version of themselves! I found Lesson 7 and the reminder of balance helpful this time of year as people ask about those "resolutions".
