Boy, oh, boy... it sounds like you very much have had a lot going on. I can relate to you with HRT... started that about 2 months ago along with some vitamins and supplements that apparently I drastically needed and it has made quite a difference. I'm very glad to hear that you are getting all things figured out and better balanced and hope that it truly helps with Life-ing!

Seems like you have gone through it. I also have anxiety and depression, and it took 29 years for them to finally realize i also have ADHD so i feel you there. The right meds definitely make a difference. i hope you feel top notch soon!!

Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 59 … for real officially (when I thought it was in my records from the year before… but no, just anxiety and depression) has been tough… I’m too old for the normal meds, and am having to try other things that are less dangerous. Oh and CBT work, which is fine when I have someone to be accountable to… but the VA doesn’t keep you in therapy, they put you in a finite program. I have bought books… but I don’t want to read them.
