I found this one in the garage so I thought I would move it to keep it from being injured. At first, I thought it was a dried-up leaf . . . I love spirit messages and this was my first sighting of a silkworm moth. They look like they have owl eyes ;-)

I had one of these outside my trailer once, so when I felt a flutter next to my ear i thought it was one of these again... nope! that time a bat had flown inside my trailer! and it couldn't figure out how to fly out again because the awning made it think there wasn't an opening to fly out... so I had to lure it down the hallway to the bedroom and open the back door down there to free it where there was no awning. and it could freely fly out. They used to circle above the pool to get the bugs the would be attracted to the water there. So would the dragonflies who would land on me sometimes. The bat in the house was startling, but also kinda cool.
