This sounds like a great idea

About my flower choice and sorry for the crappy picture I took it through my currently dirty window screen. This is part of my daily view from my office window:

In Victorian times the hyacinth was associated with playfulness and joviality, the type of hyacinth that I have in my garden is called “grape” hyacinth as a result of the shape of the blooms. This variety adds peace, tranquility, and new beginnings to the previously mentioned energetic vibrations. These adorable little flowers only bloom in the early spring and are usually the first flowers I see come up. They are nearly fully blossomed and time for me to harvest. I am planning on using this years harvest to charge them for spells and incense specifically for peace and harmony throughout the rest of this year in connection with this ritual. (so excited)

The stone I have chosen is an amazonite heart that is laced with smoky quartz. This is by far one of my favorite stones for peace and harmony. Here is some information about the stone:
Amazonite is a stone of harmony.  It evokes a sense of harmony and peace and is known as a peacemaker and truth-teller.  It is deeply connected to the heart chakra, meditation with this crystal brings your inner truths to the surface to facilitate your ability to communicate your true thoughts and feelings without being overly emotional.  It is considered a magnifier of intentions and works through the throat chakra to allow you to speak your intentions aloud to bring them to manifest.

With the smoky quartz inclusions it adds a bit of grounding. Smoky quartz is also known to enhance organization and practicality.  It can lend focus if you need it to help achieve goals or for patience.  Another benefit of working with smoky quartz is the protective energies it vibrates in your environment.  It is known to absorb and transmute nearly unlimited amounts of negativity by grounding it to the Earth where it can be neutralized.

My roommate surprised me and brought me a new hydrangea brush too. So it will be joining the altar offering and will be added to the garden as a permanent offering

My stone is a malachite heart. I was especially drawn to the swirling in the middle. And the fact that the one section looks like a heart within a heart.

My flowers came from a local florist that I drove by today. I was planning on using something small but when I went in it felt as if this had been made for me. The guy who made it said his coworkers told him no one would ever buy it and less than 24 hours later I walked in a proved them wrong!
