I was wondering if there is a way to set it up so when I click the "Going" Button for an event that it would automatically sync to my windows calendar and create an agenda for it automatically?

Hi there, No that is not a function of the calendar as it is a completely separate type of interface. In order ot have it on your calendar you will need to add it manually, sorry.
