You won’t see much of Alister Crowley since he didn’t consider himself Wiccan, you could always research him on your own. Gerald Gardner will be seen again in lesson 3 when we look into the history of Wicca.

I am working on Lesson 1 and confess to being a bit confused about where the instructions are for researching your diety, but I am so absolutely drawn to Cerridwen - starting from the fact that Cerridwen Press was the first house to publish my novels (even though they are long gone now and I have had my own publishing house for more than 15 years) my heart has always been drawn to the Goddess Cerridwen. Now, researcyhing and studying her, and learning more and more about the depth of this goddess and her transformative powers, and her passion as a mother and guardian of the cauldron, I am more and more enamored of her. I wonder, must we also research alternatives in this first lesson, or can we stick with one goddess until we feel we know her well? Is it just me or are there not supposed to be any instructions for this second part of the lesson?
