The Sacred Mists altar will be set with the above items plus my altar cloth and walnuts,
sunflower seeds, autumn foliage, acorns, dried corn cobbs, and mums, for decoration. For this
ritual, we will be calling on Frigga and Odin to give honor and thanks to them for their
sacrifices at this time of the autumn equinox. We will be offering libations to them.

A corn dolly

All items are optional, you can visualize the ritual as the Sacred Mists Altar will be set for the whole Circle.
